On May 7th, Freeholder Carmen Rodriguez and Camden Mayor Frank Moran joined Cooper’s Ferry Partnership and themed acrobats to celebrate the kick-off of the exciting 2019 Connect the Lots season.
There they revealed the details of the initiative’s landmark event, Camden Night Gardens, as well as the full line-up of programming and special events, including new additions since last year, like First Friday dance parties on the plaza and Third Thursday concerts at the new RCA Pier.

Last night there was a gathering of some of the greatest local hip hop artists in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area all united in the historic Camden High School Gym. Many with decades of experience and accolades from their peers and the public, to some of the more unfamiliar artists. Taking nothing away from either group and those who may fall in between, everyone who performed displayed a high level of talent and skill.
