“If you got a drug set, you got to do a lot of sh*t, you're not going to have a drug set and think you're not going to do a lot of bad things, ” Saul expressed with a hint of remorse. The drug trade decimated neighborhoods throughout the city while enriching individuals and "organizations" who had successfully navigated this new form of entrepreneurship.
